By using this website and purchasing from Ladivelle Accents LLC, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Ladivelle Accents LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with a principal office at 2328 Frederick PL, Valdosta, GA 31602. You can reach us at contact@ladivelleaccents.com or 770-627-0867.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you have authorization to use it.

3. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, stock limitations, or suspected violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods, processed through our payment partners:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Square).

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and Square, Inc. (Block, Inc.). By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. All card data is captured directly by Stripe or Square on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure — we do not see or store card numbers.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is a flat $6.99 and is free on orders over $75 (before tax).

6. Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes

From time to time we may offer discounts, coupon codes, or promotional pricing. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions apply to new orders only and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to gift cards.
  • Promotional codes have no cash value and expire on the date stated at the time of issue.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, and to cancel orders that appear to abuse a promotion.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy (see our Shipping & Returns page). To cancel an order, email contact@ladivelleaccents.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We may cancel your order at any time before shipping if we cannot verify payment, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

9. Returns and refunds

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details, including damaged-item and exchange procedures.

10. Product descriptions and images

We do our best to describe products accurately, including material, color, and approximate dimensions. Colors and textures may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen differences. Small variations in handmade or small-batch items are normal and are not considered defects.

11. Legal and export restrictions

Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping. We comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes.
  • You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You will not export, re-export, or resell our products in violation of U.S. law.

12. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Ladivelle Accents LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ladivelle Accents LLC, its owners, and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
