Orders placed before 12pm EST on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on the way.

We do not currently offer international shipping, expedited shipping, or in-store pickup.

Return policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, email contact@ladivelleaccents.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Items not eligible for return

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Items missing original packaging or tags.
• Final-sale or clearance items, when marked as such at the time of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to ship the damaged item back.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Return the original and place a new order — that is the fastest way to get what you want. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the return.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy above.

To cancel, email contact@ladivelleaccents.com as soon as possible with your order number. Because we ship quickly (within 2 business days), cancellations are only guaranteed if we receive your email before your order enters the packing queue.

We may also cancel your order at any time before shipping if:

• We cannot verify your payment or shipping information.
• The item is out of stock.
• We suspect fraud or a violation of our Terms of Service.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
